Data Deletion

Deleting your KeeWe account is the fastest way to remove your personal information. You can do it yourself at any time, without contacting us.

In the KeeWe app:

You will be signed out immediately, and your profile will no longer appear in search, matches, or to anyone you have previously matched with.

Deleting your account removes the personal information held against it, including:

We retain personal information only for so long as it is required for the purpose for which it was collected, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. This is set out in section 15 of our Privacy Policy.

Where we are required to keep certain records — for example, in relation to a safety report or a legal obligation — that information is retained only for as long as it remains necessary or lawful, and is then destroyed or de-identified.

Deleting your KeeWe account removes the information we hold. It does not, on its own, remove KeeWe from the list of apps connected to your Facebook account.

To remove that connection, in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select KeeWe, and choose Remove.
